According to Tejarat News, while the latest statistics show a decrease in the price and number of housing transactions in Tehran during October, this month house prices have decreased in 9 districts of Tehran and increased in 13 other districts.

According to the latest statistics, the average price of one square meter of housing in Tehran during October reached 31 million and 631 thousand tomans, which decreased by 0.2 percent compared to the previous month and increased by 18.4 percent compared to the same period last year.

Also, the number of transactions in this month was about 5.5 thousand items, which has decreased compared to the previous month. The highest price per meter of house was 69 million and 670 thousand tomans in region one and the lowest was 15 million and 144 thousand tomans in region 18.

In addition, in the seventh month of the year, 296 and 146 houses were traded in districts 1 and 18 of Tehran, respectively.

Changes in house prices in each area of ​​Tehran

The study of the difference between the average housing prices in the 22 districts of Tehran in October compared to September of this year shows that the equivalent of 13 districts of Tehran have faced an increase in housing prices in the month in question, among which, districts 22, 16 and 5 respectively the largest increase They had the price.

In addition, housing prices have decreased in 9 other areas of Tehran in September this year compared to September, which includes areas 3, 4, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 14.

On the other hand, the number of housing transactions in October of this year has decreased compared to September in all areas of Tehran and the lowest number of housing transactions is in region 19 with 37 transactions and the highest number of transactions is in regions 5, 2, 10 and 4, respectively. Each had 793, 540, 505 and 440 housing transactions, respectively.
