Registration of this stage is done in the provinces of Ilam, Bushehr, Tehran, South Khorasan, North Khorasan, Khuzestan, Semnan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Fars, Kerman, Kermanshah, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer Ahmad, Golestan, Gilan, Lorestan, Markazi and Hormozgan.

In the first notification of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s Deputy Housing and Building Department, which was presented on July 15, registration in four provinces continued until July 31.
