Inauguration of Rudbar tourism projects during government week

According to the Aria Heritage report, citing the public relations of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Gilan, Vali Jahani announced the opening of ecotourism projects in Rudbar city on the same day as the government week: “The development of ecotourism residences in these areas can contribute to the development of tourism, the preservation of rich culture and cultural heritage.” Also, the introduction and prosperity of the handicraft market of the city will play an effective role.”
The Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Gilan Province said: “By changing tourist destinations to eco-tourist accommodations, in addition to increasing the prosperity of tourism, the ground for introducing and preserving the authentic customs and traditions of the region will be provided.”
He added: “In this regard, an ecotourism unit with an area of 2,300 square meters and an infrastructure of 780 square meters, in three blocks, was put into operation on Saturday, 5th Shahrivar of the current year, during the government week, after receiving a bank facility of 28 billion Rials.”
Jahani stated: “The amount of investment in this project is 152 billion Rials and the amount of employment is 20 people directly and indirectly.”
He further stated: “With the opening of this project, the number of 12 suites and 60 beds will be added to the accommodation capacity of the province.”
Jahani reminded: “In target villages and villages that have tourism capabilities, the establishment of ecotourism residences will be supported and welcomed in order to create rural employment.”
