Increase the floor and ceiling of Satna and Paya money transfers from next Saturday


With the approval of the Monetary and Banking Commission of the Central Bank, in line with the mission of the Satna system in transferring large funds and also managing the volume of payment orders of this system, from Saturday, January 25, 1400 changes will be applied in Satna and Paya systems.

Accordingly, the amount of Satna payment will increase from 15 million Tomans to 50 million Tomans. Also, the ceiling of a fixed amount will increase from 50 million Tomans to 100 million Tomans for each payment order.

Another change has been applied in the way the reliable system works, which will be added to the regular clearing cycles on normal days (non-official holidays) at 17:45 to settle non-joint payments.

Satna and Paya payment orders with the origin and destination of the Central Bank as well as payment orders related to the settlement of contributors’ funds will be excluded from the mentioned amount restrictions, but in case of non-compliance with the notification controls, Satna and Paya obligations will be applied.
