The head of the central insurance continued to mention the design of joint tools and products of insurance and stock exchange as another common interaction and said: Stock exchange and insurance are complementary and for the evolution and progress of these two important financial institutions, innovation and use of technology are needed. He also emphasized on the design of a management dashboard (BI) to control the compliance with the regulations contained in the investment bylaws of insurance institutions.
In this meeting, the General Director of Central Insurance also called for the formation of a joint working group to solve the problems related to the audit clauses of insurance companies regarding Accounting Standard No. 28 and to remove administrative obstacles regarding the increase of capital of insurance companies.
It is worth mentioning that this meeting was held in the presence of Niadi, Deputy Director of Planning and Development, and Haq Vardilo, Deputy Director of Central Insurance Supervision, Ayazlou and Naserpour, at the place of the Securities and Exchange Organization.
