Increasing economic transparency and reducing tax evasion by implementing the tax system law


Asghar Salimi, in an interview with the economic reporter of Fars news agency, referring to the positive effects of the implementation of the law on the Modian system and shopping terminals, said: this law was approved and approved by the Guardian Council a year ago, and it is supposed to be implemented after a one-year trial in It will be implemented nationwide in the coming days.

The representative of the people of Semiram emphasized in the parliament: According to the reports sent to the economic commission, the store terminals are only used in a limited way and in some places. A member of the Economic Commission of the Islamic Council, stating that some people know the ways of circumventing the law well and abuse it, said: the ways of circumventing the law should be closed by the Ministry of Economy and the Tax Administration through careful monitoring. Salimi stated: During the implementation of the law, the Tax Affairs Organization should check the financial circulation of people who are suspected of circumventing the law before and after the implementation of the law and deal seriously with the violations that may have occurred.

He continued: “During the implementation of the law, the tax affairs organization should design a system that allows people to report the violations they see online, and the regulatory agencies to deal with the complaints made in this field as soon as possible.”

Referring to the advantages of using the Modian system and store terminals, this member of parliament added: Most of the countries in the world use this system because the taxes collected in this way are transparent and are used for the country’s infrastructure.

Salimi emphasized: “Certainly, the country’s tax affairs organization can obtain good sources of information about the country’s tax system with the strict implementation of the law and create the right way to make the tax easier to access.”
