Increasing the individual ceiling of Qarz Al-Hosnah loan facilities for creating employment for home and employer jobs

According to the financial news report, quoted from the General Department of Post Bank of Iran, according to the circular, 01/233947 dated 09/19/1401, Central Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran, according to paragraph (5) of the minutes of the meeting of 1346th individual ceiling The loan facility for job creation should be increased to 1.500 million Rials and the employer’s ceiling for employing the number of employees according to the individual ceiling should be increased to a maximum of 40.000 million Rials.

This circular adds: The individual limit of facilities for the announced categories considered by the beneficiary institutions, if the job categories are approved by the Monetary and Credit Commission of the Central Bank, is 3,000 million Rials, and the collective ceiling of these categories is set at 20% of the total resources allocated to the organization.

Also, in case of deviation of the facility and non-implementation of the applicant’s plan based on the opinion of the custodian institutions, the credit institution should proceed with the loan of the facility based on the provisions of the contract and take a deposit equivalent to the late payment rate of the loan facility.
