Meanwhile, today, October 28, 1400 members of the board of directors of the Housing Bank announced the increase of the ceiling of housing construction facilities of the national housing plan to 150 million Tomans. In other words, from now on, the builders will receive a loan of 150 million Tomans for the construction of national housing projects.
Mohammad Hassan Alamdari reminded: The ceiling of housing construction facilities of the National Housing Plan was increased from 100 million Tomans to 150 million Tomans following the approval of the Cabinet and the notification of the Central Bank. The increase in the facility ceiling was approved at a recent meeting of the board of directors of the Housing Bank and has now been communicated to the branches of the Housing Bank across the country.

Alamdari stressed that the new ceiling of the National Action Housing Facility will apply to all contracts of the National Housing Action Plan whose contracts have not yet been registered in notaries.
