Increasing the period of completion of documents for marriage and child facilities from the beginning of 1402

According to Iran Economist From the central bank, in a circular to the banking network, the central bank announced: In line with the implementation of the Family and Youth Protection Law and Clause (A) Note (16) of the Annuity Budget Law and with the aim of facilitating the payment of loan facilities for marriage and children, considering that Determining a valid guarantor is at the discretion of the operating banks, and it takes time for the applicants of the mentioned facilities to meet the requirements of the guarantor, and considering that if the guarantor is not provided within 45 working days, the applicants will be removed from the relevant systems and have to register again. From the beginning of 1402, the time to complete documents in marriage and child systems will increase from 45 working days to 60 working days.

Obviously, if the applicants “complete the documents” before the mentioned period, that bank will be required to pay the facilities to the applicants. It should be noted that it is mandatory to comply with other terms and conditions of granting the said facilities.
