According to the recommendation of the Meteorological Organization, restrictions on recreational activities, swimming and traffic with light vessels, especially offshore, to take the necessary measures for safe traffic with semi-heavy vessels and limit industrial support activities, especially offshore.

According to ISNA, the yellow warning means that atmospheric phenomena will occur that may disrupt travel and daily activities.
