According to the report of Mehr news agency, quoted by ANI, the Indian government strongly condemned the terrorist attack on the holy shrine of Shahcheragh (PBUH) in Shiraz today in a statement.

The statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of India in this regard states: We offer our deepest condolences to the families of the victims and the nation of Iran. This heinous attack is once again a reminder that terrorism is one of the biggest and most important threats to international peace and security, and now it is necessary for countries all over the world to unite and fight against it in all its forms and manifestations. .

It should be mentioned that last Wednesday evening, a person committed a terrorist act in the holy shrine of Shahcheragh (AS), martyred and injured a number of his compatriots.

The Takfiri-terrorist group ISIS has taken responsibility for this incident.

This terrorist group announced in a statement through its telegram channels that a member of this group shot at the worshipers in the shrine of Shahcheragh (PBUH) in the city of Shiraz.

Earlier, “Stefan Dujarric”, the spokesman of the United Nations Secretary General, condemned the terrorist attack on Wednesday evening in the sacred shrine of Shahcheragh (PBUH).

The spokesperson of the UN Secretary General stated in this regard: Attacking a religious place in Iran deserves condemnation and we condemn all terrorist acts.
