Insurance companies that do not adapt to the taste of the new generation will be out of the competition

According to the financial news report, Yunus Mazloumi, the CEO of Cooperative Insurance Company and a member of the Supreme Council of Insurance, believes that insurance companies that do not adapt to the taste of the new generation, or Generation Z, will soon be out of the competition.

The CEO of Cooperative Insurance stated: The insurance industry is required to update itself based on the advancement of technology and changing tastes of generations, and it is doomed to do this, and if insurance companies do not do this, they will be out of the competition.

Insurance companies must adapt themselves to the advancement of technology and by using the successful models that exist in the world in providing services, both in terms of handling claims and issuing insurance.

For example, there is a need for insurance companies to connect to a series of systems so that they can confirm medical services online with healthcare centers, and this has also happened in many companies in the world, and patients do the procedures online from the beginning.
