Insurance interactions between Iran and Syria will continue with the focus on strengthening economic diplomacy

According to the financial news report, quoted by the General Department of Public Relations and International Affairs of the Central Insurance, Ali Ostadhashmi, the head of the Central Insurance, who hosted Hossein Akbari, Iran’s ambassador to Syria, at the place of the insurance industry supervisory body, announced this and added: government and cooperation with various economic sectors, as well as examining investment development solutions in neighboring countries, are among the reasons for the insurance industry to be present in international markets.
The head of Central Insurance, emphasizing the necessity of supporting the country’s insurance industry to Iranian citizens and investors living in Syria, pointed to the need to expand the activities of insurance companies in Syria and said: issues such as: development of educational infrastructure, strengthening of the scientific base and the growth of interactions between Internationalization will be one of the most important goals of the presence of the country’s insurance industry in Syria.
He explained the readiness of the insurance industry supervisory body for any insurance assistance regarding future plans at different international levels.
Following this meeting, Hossein Akbari, Iran’s Ambassador to Syria, appreciated the powerful presence of the insurance industry of our country in Syria and stated: the mechanism of extensive economic exchange is being established with the leadership of the insurance industry, which has opened a clear perspective for the two countries. Is.
Emphasizing the central role of the insurance industry in the economic equations of Iran and Syria, Akbari added: the use of insurance capabilities will lead to the development of the economic capacities of Syria, providing security and improving the conditions of Iranian investors.
He emphasized the importance of increasing the trust factor in Syria and announced the country’s will to expand cooperation between them.
It should be mentioned that in this meeting, the members of the central insurance board, the managing directors of three insurance companies, Alborz, Sina and Kausar, were also present as economic partners of Iran-Syria Joint Insurance Company, who expressed their views.
