According to Fars news agency, in order to establish a joint cooperation in order to adapt and expand the coverage of providing insurance services to people of culture and art, issue various insurance policies with special discounts and promote the insurance culture, a memorandum of cooperation between the fund and Dana Insurance was signed with the presence of the fund’s CEO, Syed Jaid Pourahmadi. Referring to the conclusion of supplementary medical insurance contract with Dana insurance company for the second year in a row, he said: According to the surveys, last year with the change of insurance company, the maximum satisfaction of the members was obtained and the population covered by supplementary medical insurance increased by 38%. Due to the members’ trust in Dana Fund and Insurance, we will do our best to provide regular and transparent services and be accountable for our obligations.

Pourahmadi further said: We are always looking for the quantitative and qualitative development of support and diversity in the services provided to the community under our coverage. Based on this, considering the geographical dispersion of the fund’s members and the different conditions of the creators of cultural and artistic works, the fund is trying to create a specific structure to provide services to the covered members.

He further added: The need for progress is to pay attention to human resources and to create clear processes and structures, which are given less attention in the field of culture and art.

The adviser to the Minister of Culture stated: Paying attention to the economy of culture and art is one of the most important policies of the Art Credit Fund. Now Hankart has provided a suitable platform for providing services to members in two dimensions, support and economy.

The CEO of Art Credit Fund considered insurance services for all sections of the society to be very efficient and said: an insurance package has been designed in cooperation with Dana Insurance and it is predicted that based on this memorandum, we will make various insurance services for the people of culture and art.

He stated that one of the most important demands of the fund from Dana insurance managers is to fully fulfill their commitments and strengthen and accelerate the provision of services to the culture and art community and said: Artists are the social assets of the society and providing accurate and regular services to this cultured class is highly sensitive. I hope that the two groups, with empathy and companionship, will take a step towards our common goal, which is the satisfaction of the fund’s members with medical services.

The CEO of Dana Insurance further said: In last year’s contract, we received 71 billion Tomans in insurance premiums from the Art Credit Fund to cover the artistic community, but more than 92 billion Tomans were paid to the policyholders of the Art Credit Fund. This year, after two months of the new contract, our medical damage ratio has been 120%. Our view in the field of treatment and health is a social view.
