The branches of the provinces, regions, the CEO, the managers and the heads of the relevant headquarters departments were held, he said: the management of the branches of the provinces of Qazvin, Khuzestan, West Azerbaijan, Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Kerman, Fars and Isfahan in the indicators reviewed, during the last 11 months, the performance They were acceptable and placed at the top of the country’s provinces.
He stated that in these meetings, the performance of each province was discussed in a specific way in 10 indicators, and added: the examination of successful and unsuccessful branches and counters in achieving the goal of attracting resources, independence and organizing weak counters in attracting resources, management Sources, costs, control and follow-up of claims according to the importance of the province, the percentage of fulfillment of obligations and guarantees issued and the share of the province compared to the whole country, foreign exchange services in foreign exchange performance indicators and unsolved obligations have been part of these indicators.
The head of provincial affairs and marketing administration pointed out that five other indicators were also examined and evaluated in the following meetings, and clarified: non-shared income management and paying attention to the important indicators of realizing non-shared income of the province, check and liquidity management and comparing checks Assignment, responsibility and their differences, electronic banking, comparison and examination of the ratio of issued Marwarid and Marwarid Plus cards to issued credit cards and increasing the market share in the province and examining the strengths and weaknesses of the province in attracting resources and the share of the provinces from the resources of the whole country, among others The indicators were reviewed in these meetings.
Qazalbash emphasized that in these meetings, according to the weak points of each province in various indicators, he presented his suggestions to solve that problem, and said: managing resources, expenses, creating a balance and a logical ratio between resources and expenses of each province. Paying special attention to past due claims, unsettled foreign exchange obligations, and trying to obtain a preventive police license for the counters were some of these suggestions.
Pointing to the proper performance of 8 provinces at the end of the evaluation sessions, the head of the administration of provincial affairs and marketing said: the management of the branches of Qazvin, Khuzestan, West Azarbaijan, Hormozgan, Sistan and Baluchistan, Kerman, Fars and Isfahan provinces have performed in the last 11 months in the indicators examined. He stated that the opinions of the senior managers of the bank and the managers of the provincial branches show that holding these meetings with the presence of the managers and deputies of the provincial branches leads to better results, he added: in the face-to-face meetings, the priorities should be explained in a better way to the managers of the provincial branches.
