Investigating the issue of dust in Jahanara / Naqdipour TV program: We use China’s experience to protect the environment

According to Fars News Agency, Jahanara’s program on Monday addressed the issue of climate change and environmental crises, and with the invitation of Ruhollah Naqdipour, advisor to the head of the Environment Organization, this issue was put under the magnifying glass of Jahanara program.
Ruhollah Naqdipour, advisor to the head of the Environment Organization, while pointing to diplomacy in this area, said: “Strengthening diplomacy in the field of environment, especially dust, is a priority in the thirteenth government because we know that part of this problem has a foreign origin.”
Referring to the sources of dust in the region, he noted: From Syria to Saudi Arabia in the west and Pakistan and Turkmenistan in the east, there are dust centers that have involved 23 provinces of Iran, but we also have centers inside. Only 7 provinces, including the northwestern regions, are not affected by dust.
Naqdipour, while emphasizing the ways out of the dust crisis, stressed: “To revive the Great Horror, we must activate diplomacy and bring the countries involved in this field to revitalize the wetland, something that has been neglected for years. What has been done in Iraq.” Was done, caused the loss of moisture of the Great Horror.
He added: “Last week’s dust was caused by dust in Syria and Saudi Arabia, as well as parts of Iraq.” Climate change and lack of cooperation in the field of water diplomacy are among the reasons for this.
Referring to the mischief of Iran’s enemies in creating water problems in the country, the advisor to the head of the Environment Organization said: The Zionist regime in the form of policy from the Tigris to the Euphrates, 70 years ago began cooperation with countries in the region, including Turkey. Turkey’s development policies are like building 300 dams on the Tigris.
He added: “Dams built in the post-revolutionary period also caused the loss of watersheds and local communities. Turkey also took advantage of this situation and took measures that will have more effects in the future.”
Naqdipour further said: the ministry and the organization are involved in the dust control headquarters. Significant capacity has been created in the Environment Organization to move towards integrated management and utilization of all potentials, and in the meantime, the Ministry of Energy must give water rights to the wetlands.
Referring to scientific approaches in the field of environment, he stressed: “After four decades, a scientific approach, including changes in strengthening diplomacy, integration in various fields and valuation of biodiversity, has been implemented in the Environment Organization and public concern about The environment has increased and the organization must be accountable. Adviser to the head of the Environment Organization, referring to the plans of this organization, noted: We have a short-term plan until the end of this year, a medium-term plan until the end of 1402 and a long-term plan until the end of this government. 6 devices are directly and several devices are indirectly involved in the environmental transformation document.
He concluded: “We use the experience of various countries, including China, as well as the capacity of international conventions and potentials to protect the environment.” Realizing water rights internally is another approach to structuring integrated environmental management.
