Iraj Rad became the chairman of the 17th “Actor Night” ceremony

According to Fars News Agency, citing the public relations of the Theater Actors Guild, Iraj Rad, a veteran actor and theater director, is chairing the 17th “Actor Night” ceremony.

Shohreh Soltani, the secretary of the 17th “Actor Night” ceremony, announced this news: in the coordination meeting that was held with the presence of the board members and inspectors of the Theater Actors Guild, Iraj Rad, with the vote of all board members as the chairman of this big gathering I was chosen as a theater actor and an actor’s night, which is a great honor for me.

In the end, he stated: Certainly, the experience of his management and the emphasis they always have on the theater and the actors in this field of art is a way for me and my colleagues to hold this ceremony as glorious as possible.

Iraj Rad is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Theater Actors Association and one of the well-known actors and directors of Iranian theater, cinema and television, who has been active in the field of acting and directing for more than five decades and in addition to teaching at Tehran and Nabi Universities Akram has started his cohesive union activity since the 70’s with the founding board of the Cinema House, the Artists’ House and the Theater House.
