Iran and Russia readiness to trade on the basis of purity

In this meeting, which was hosted by the Trade Development Organization, the two sides emphasized on the development of trade exchanges and the elimination of intermediaries in these exchanges.

It was also decided to double the prosperity of the two countries’ trade by preparing a roadmap for joint cooperation and removing customs barriers, amending customs laws, joint ventures, and financial and banking exchanges and transactions.

In this meeting, Peyman Pak, Deputy Minister of Silence and Director General of the Trade Development Organization, stressed the need to provide a clear and online mechanism to introduce companies and businessmen of the two countries to each other.

The proposal was welcomed by the Russian side, and the head of the Russian Export Center also called the move the elimination of intermediaries and considered it a matter for his country.

In this regard, Peyman Pak said: “Businessmen’s acquaintance with each other is very important, because despite the good political relations between the two countries, businessmen do not know much about each other.”

He also mentioned the sending of specialized trade delegations from Iran to Russia and, conversely, holding joint exhibitions as future measures and added: “After the establishment of the Russian trade office in Iran, Iran seeks to expand its trade offices in Russia.”

Deputy Minister Samat continued: in order to support trade between the two countries, the need to expand cooperation of the Export Guarantee Fund was raised and the cooperation document will be signed soon. The issue of resolving customs problems and removing some customs laws will also be discussed during the visit of the head of Iran’s customs to Russia next week.

He said that one of the most important issues in trade exchanges is the purchase of ships, locomotives and tractors from Russia with the financial support of the Russian government and added: “We are ready for joint investment in the production of these logistics products in Iran.”

The Russian side also said in this regard: Russian companies are ready to invest in Iran’s free and trade zones and the Russian government will make every effort to supply these logistics products.

Peyman Pak also referred to the recent visit of the President of Iran to Oman and said: “In this visit, the issue of activating the North-South corridor with the participation of 4 countries: Iran, Russia, India and Oman was discussed and decided to discuss this issue in a meeting hosted by Tehran.” Be implemented.
The head of the Trade Development Organization of Iran also said about the trade policy based on purity: “As we have about 5 billion dollars of purity with a country like China, we intend to implement this purity with Russia as well.”

He continued: “This issue is being implemented with Pakistan, Oman, Cuba, Turkey and Venezuela.”

Nikishina also welcomed the idea and said: Russia is ready to import any products and products in the field of construction materials from Iran.

He also expressed the desire of the two countries to establish financial and banking relations with each other and said: “Iran is a very good partner for us and we are looking for direct trade without intermediaries with the Islamic Republic of Iran.”

Deputy Minister Samat also stressed: “By the order of the President, the obstacles to the presence of Iranian businessmen in Russia must be removed so that at least $ 4 billion is provided to Iran from the Russian market.”
