Iran became the 19th automaker in the world

According to this report, Iran’s car production in 2021 has increased by 2% compared to the previous year and has reached 894,298 units.
In the ranking of the world’s largest automakers this year, Iran has reached the 19th place. In other words, only the world has produced more cars than Iran this year. With 932,000 units produced, Britain is one step higher than Iran and is in 18th place.
Iran’s car production in 2021 is higher than countries such as Italy with 795 thousand units, South Africa with 499 thousand units, Poland with 439 thousand units, Portugal with 289 thousand units, Taiwan with 265 thousand units, Belgium with 261 units 1000 units, Austria with 136 thousand units, Finland with 93 thousand units and Egypt with 23 thousand units.
China is by far the largest automaker in the world in 2021 compared to the United States. China’s car production this year is reported to be 26 million and 82 thousand units. China’s car production grew by about 3% in 2021. China produces almost three times as many cars as the United States.
The United States is in second place with 9 million 167 thousand units and Japan is in third place with 7 thousand 846 thousand units.
