According to the report, the artist was recently on his way to the hospital due to his illness, and finally died this morning at 7:30 AM due to a cardiac arrest at Dey Hospital.

Iran Droudy, a painter, writer, director, art critic and university professor in our country, who recently celebrated his 85th birthday, was diagnosed with coronary heart disease in September of this year, and after being hospitalized and recovering, he continued to work. The treatment was transferred home. Until, after several months of fighting the disease, the news of the artist’s death was officially announced today (Friday), the 7th of Aban.

Iran Droudy studied painting and art history at the دانشcole des Beaux-Arts in Paris, at the دانشcole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris.

During his lifetime, he had 64 solo exhibitions around the world and participated in more than 250 group exhibitions. Droudy has been a member of the International Congress of Artists and Critics of Riemann, Voccio and San Mario, Italy since 1343. From 1346 to 1351, he produced and directed over 80 documentaries for television under the title of Art Recognition. In 1347, he directed the documentary film Venice Biennale for 55 minutes, and from 1349 to 1351, he was a visiting professor at Sharif University of Technology to teach history and identify art.
