He added: “Only 30% of the costs are used for the structure of the building and the remaining 70% of the costs are for other costs, but unfortunately we ignore all these 70% and it is enough for us to make appropriate designs for the buildings.”

Shakib continued: Properties above 3,500 meters are given to legal entities, unfortunately there are people like Abdul Baqi who take these properties for people close to them; We want to launch an integrated real estate system for the whole country to deal with these problems. He said: “Providing the remuneration of supervising engineers is one of the problems, the tariff of supervising engineers is not high and there should be no discount so that these people can do their supervision properly and not just sign one.”

The head of the Engineering System Organization added: “Law reform has started in this period from the parliament and we are optimistic that this law reform period will take place. We had meetings with all provinces and received comments.”

Shakib said: “In the discussion of the conflict of interests, we are going wrong, for example, they said that the members of the board of directors should not build.” We should not prevent conflicts of interest in this way, we should move towards structural reform, we should not allow people to enter and do great things for themselves or their acquaintances, which unfortunately happens in Tehran.

He added: “Violations should not be cost-effective, they violate and pay fines.” We should not allow violations to happen now, we should learn from the incident in the Abadan metropolis and allow it to be repeated in other provinces.

The head of the Engineering System Organization stated: The national building regulations have a council that should cooperate with the engineering system, while this cooperation did not take place in previous periods.
