Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, who traveled to Beirut, met with Lebanese Hezbollah Secretary General Seyed Hassan Nasrallah.

According to Sputnik, quoting Tasnim News Agency, Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon, during a meeting with Hussein Amir Abdullahian, described Iran as a sincere ally and said: “Iran has proved to be a sincere ally and a loyal friend who does not humiliate his friends.” Does not leave alone and does not leave alone.

This statement by the Secretary General of Hezbollah in Lebanon refers to the United States and the West, which are leaving their allies alone in difficult circumstances, and the recent example is the developments in Afghanistan, which left the country in a scandalous way.

Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah also stressed that there is great hope and aspiration for Lebanon to get out of this crisis with public cooperation.

According to the report, the Iranian Foreign Minister also stressed Iran’s principled position to support and assist Lebanon in all areas.

The latest political developments in Lebanon and the region were discussed during the meeting, which was also attended by the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mohammad Jalal Firuznia, in Beirut.

During his visit to Beirut, Iranian Foreign Minister Amir Abdullahian had previously met with senior Iranian officials, including the president, prime minister, speaker of parliament and foreign minister.
