Iranian green leopard from the camera’s view

The first image of an Iranian leopard was recorded in the Sabzekoh protected area.
According to Moj news agency, Director General of Environmental Protection Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari said: The first photo of an Iranian leopard was recorded in the Sabzekoh protected area with a telephoto camera.
Saeed Yusufpour said: The first photo of the Iranian leopard was recorded with the efforts of the colleagues of the General Administration and environmental protection of the province, as well as those interested in the environment in the Sabzekoh protected area with a camera trap.
Director General of Environmental Protection, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, added: The Iranian leopard registration program in all areas under the management of the province is on the agenda of this general department.
He said: The Iranian leopard with the scientific name Panthera pardus tulliana is in the list of endangered species of the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and in the annex of the Convention on Prohibition of International Trade in Endangered Species (cites).
In the end, Yusefpour stated: the total number of animal species in the province is 432 species and 46 mammal species have been registered in the province so far.
