In fact, Iran and China are two complementary economies in the form of a 25-year strategic document.

The former ambassador of Iran to China added: Therefore, at the same time as the rapid economic development of China and the growing trend of our country’s economy in recent decades and years, we have witnessed the increasing development of bilateral relations between Iran and China in various economic and cultural sectors, in bilateral dimensions. And we are multilateral.

Verdinejad noted: Let’s not forget that Iran-China relations still have a lot of potential for development from an economic and cultural perspective, but due to the lack of strategy and seasonal ups and downs, they do not have the necessary stability and dynamics. Of course, the developments in Ukraine and Taiwan and the behavior of the West with Russia and China have greatly clarified the necessity of cooperation between Iran, Russia and China for the planners of the three countries.

He explained about the necessity of cooperation in the form of a 25-year-old document: Iran-China cooperation requires measures to take economic cooperation one step further and to higher levels. These necessary measures should be such as to transform economic relations from “project cooperation” and finance to “participatory cooperation” and joint investments.

The former ambassador of Iran in China added: “Obviously, these measures should be put in the form of an effective mechanism and solution, which can be the axis of the atmosphere of trust, building trust and reassurance, cooperation with win-win conditions, clarifying the areas and capacities of cooperation. The formation of joint units and enterprises that depends on the “cooperation capacities” of both sides.

Vardinejad, Iran’s capabilities in relation to China are Iran’s educated population and elite experts, extensive energy and mineral resources, the geostrategic position of the Islamic Republic and Iran’s internal stability in the unstable conditions of the Middle East, common regional interests with China and independent Asian countries, close political positions. In describing the necessary steps for the implementation of the 25-year strategic cooperation agreement, he said: It is appropriate to increase the exchange of business delegations in both the public and private sectors, and to pay more attention to bilateral investment and cooperation, and to create an effective mechanism to exchange information and opportunities. existing in two countries, let’s make an effort and basically be able to transfer China’s real information, ability and technology to Iranian companies.

Iran’s former ambassador to China added: On the other hand, let’s try to make Chinese companies more aware of Iran’s technology level, abilities and real capacities. Until the development of cooperation between the private economic sectors of the two countries and the strengthening of relations in the heavy and medium industries of China and Iran are followed.

Vardinjad described other effective steps in the relationship between the two countries as follows: establishment of protective and preferential tariffs between the two countries; The purpose of preferential and protective tariffs is to remove problems from the way of exporters and importers so that they have the power to compete in each other’s markets.

He tried to establish the Bank of Iran and China to support the cooperation of the two countries and create commercial, monetary and financial facilities for the businessmen of both sides; The establishment of joint transport companies between Iran and China, such as joint airlines, maritime and railway lines, strengthening the relations between the private sectors of the two countries, is also considered as another effective step.

The former ambassador of Iran in China added: Considering the relative advantages in Iran, such as the cheapness of energy resources, the existence of various sources and the availability of labor, China can transfer part of the production technology to Iran in the form of a 25-year cooperation document, and the needs of Iran and the region West Asia should be produced with a common standard to be jointly offered in the markets of the Middle East and North Africa, as well as the Caucasus and Central Asia.

Vardinjad continued: Considering the need to expand knowledge and exchange new and up-to-date information, travel conditions and visa and tourism facilities between the two countries should be increased. Because the Chinese people think that Iran is only an oil producer, while Iran, having other major resources such as skilled labor force, diverse productions, major production factories, light and heavy industries, can be a strong and reliable partner for China in West Asia and the Middle East. He mentioned the problems of effective and all-round cooperation between Iran and China as political problems, Western and American propaganda, cognitive problems in the executive and administrative field, the problem of transparent and smooth information circulation, global rules and regulations under the influence of the West, political and legal restrictions. , economic risks, unilateral sanctions and holes and international information gaps.

He stated: In political, cultural and economic fields, the space for cooperation between the two countries is available in various fields.
