According to Tejarat News, a member of the board of directors of the Union of Real Estate Advisors said: Mortgage loan It benefits the banks rather than the tenants. Today, renting in cities has become a dream.

According to Tasnim, Abdullah Otadi stated: According to the decision of the Monetary and Credit Council, 100 million Tomans of housing loan loan will be paid to Tehran tenants. The interest on this loan is more than 52 million tomans, which seems to be more in the interest of the banks than the tenants.

Otadi added: “Banks are the biggest traders and brokers in the country’s housing market, and by interfering in the market, they have made many people wish to buy housing.”

He added: “Before, buying property was a dream, today renting in cities has become a dream.”

“Iran is the only country whose banks receive such profits,” he said.

A member of the board of the Real Estate Advisors Union added: “We hope that the situation will be such that support programs will benefit the tenants.” Tenants are the weakest section of society, and the government should help them with support programs.

Abdullah Otadi reminded: the installments of this loan are about 2.5 million Tomans. We must add this amount to the living expenses and rents paid to the landlord.
