According to Tejarat News, based on the ads registered on the Divar website and housing prices in Tehran, a list of average housing purchase prices has been obtained in some neighborhoods west of Tehran.
Among the neighborhoods in the table below, Wardavard has the cheapest price with an average price of 17 million Tomans per square meter of apartment. Abazar with the average price of 47 million Tomans has the most expensive rate in the table below.
In this list, the average price of Chitgar neighborhood is 30 million Tomans and the average price of Persian Gulf Lake neighborhood is 33 million Tomans.
The average price in Kuhak neighborhood is 36 million Tomans and in Shahrak-e-Ahan neighborhood is 37 million Tomans. Also, the average price in the Olympic Village is 38 million Tomans.
According to the data in the table, the northern and southern sub-cities have been registered with an average price of 39 million Tomans for one square meter of apartments. Bagh Feyz has also been announced with an average price of 40 million Tomans.
