According to Tejarat News, based on the advertisements on the Divar website, a list of the average purchase price of apartments in some neighborhoods of Tehran’s second district has been obtained.

The average purchase price of a house in Tarasht neighborhood is 36.5 million Tomans.

According to the data in the table below, the average purchase price of an apartment in Sattar Khan and Sadeghieh neighborhoods is about 40 million Tomans.

Shahrara has been registered with an average price of 49 million Tomans and Marzdaran 56 million Tomans. One square meter of a residential apartment in Gisha neighborhood was registered for 60 million Tomans.

Expensive neighborhoods in Tehran’s second district

Gharb town with an average price of 77.4 million Tomans, along with Saadat Abad with an average price of 85 million Tomans, is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Tehran’s second municipality and also one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Tehran to buy a house.
