He added: The transfer of building materials and the continuation of this process from the factory to the middleman and reaching the hands of the housing builder will cause us to witness the change and increase in prices.
This activist in the field of housing stated that the production and supply of construction materials is one of the most important indicators in the production of housing.
The secretary of the Mass Builders Association pointed out the reasons for the non-implementation of the credit card for construction materials and said: one of the most important factors is related to the banking structure of the country. Last year, it was decided that 36 thousand billion Tomans would be allocated to the housing sector in the form of bank facilities; But it did not come to an end and the deviation of the banks in this sector caused the criticism of the government and parliament.
Pourhajat cited the need to monitor banks in the implementation of laws as another reason for the non-implementation of these credit cards and added: It is expected that the banks will correct their negligence, which is a wrong practice and has plagued the production and entrepreneurship sector for years.
Referring to the emphasis of the Supreme Leader in the field of production, he said: the banking system has the possibility to accompany the housing production sector in all sectors.
Referring to the increase in the cost of housing production, the Secretary of the National Association of Mass Builders of the country said: Our demand from the government and the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is to increase the bank facilities in the field of housing production, because the facilities for this sector, which currently amount to 400 million tomans is not responding to the needs of the housing market and this amount must be corrected until a jump in housing production occurs.
