Is the price of housing in Tehran / Suhrawardi more expensive or Yousefabad?

According to Tejarat News, based on the ads registered on the Divar website and housing prices in Tehran, a list of average housing purchase prices in some neighborhoods of Tehran has been obtained.

According to the data in the table below, in the seven districts of Tehran, Nezamabad and Sabalan municipalities with an average price of 24 million Tomans have been registered.

The average price of one square meter of residential apartment in Kerman neighborhood, which is located in the east of Tehran, was announced as 31.4 million Tomans.

Majidieh with an average price of 35.5 million Tomans and Narmak with an average price of 38.5 million Tomans were registered, both of which are from the eighth district of Tehran Municipality.

Suhrawardi with an average price of 50.2 million Tomans and Yousefabad with an average price of 59 million Tomans were registered, which are more expensive among the neighborhoods in the table below.

The average price of an apartment in Suhrawardi is almost 9 million tomans cheaper than in Yousefabad.
