Is the price of housing in the west of Tehran / Bryanak cheaper or Nawab?
According to Tejarat News, based on the data received from the ads on the Divar website and housing prices in Tehran, a list of average housing purchase prices has been obtained in some neighborhoods of Tehran.
Among the neighborhoods of 9th and 10th districts of Tehran Municipality, Navab neighborhood with an average price of 18 million Tomans and Bryank with a price of 19 million Tomans are cheap neighborhoods.
According to the table below, the most expensive neighborhoods to buy a house in Districts 9 and 10 of Tehran Municipality are Dr. Hoshyar neighborhood with an average price of 27 million Tomans.
The average housing price in J neighborhood is 20 million Tomans and in Jeyhun and Hashemi is 22 million Tomans. Salsabil and Ostad Moin neighborhoods have been registered with an average price of 24 million Tomans.
Azerbaijan neighborhood with an average price of 26.9 million tomans to buy a square meter of residential apartment from other expensive neighborhoods in the table below.
