According to Tejarat News, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s Ministry of Housing and Construction, denying the news about the hacking of the housing and real estate system in 1401, announced the registration of residence information of more than 73 million Iranians and more than 11 million residential units in this system.

Tasnim Reportedly, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development’s Ministry of Housing and Construction explained by issuing a notice: Following the publication of news about the hacking of the country’s national real estate and housing system in some official media on July 16, 1401, the issue of hacking of the said system is hereby denied.

In this notice, it is stated: The National Housing and Real Estate System of the country is working and there is no problem in entering and registering information by residents and owners of residential properties in the system.

The Deputy Minister of Housing and Construction announced: With the efforts made by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development and with the cooperation of other executive bodies, the National Real Estate and Housing System currently has the residence information of more than 73 million Iranians and the ownership of more than 11 million residential zip codes. It is maintained in compliance with all security aspects.

The mentioned information is the basis for the provision of government services based on Clause 7 of Note 8 of Article 169 of the Direct Taxes Law and the first vice president’s circular dated July 4, 1401.
