In the meantime, the owners also point to the fact that point-to-point inflation in the country has reached 50% and believe that a 25% increase in rent is not proportionate to these conditions. It seems that some planners and decision-makers, instead of paying attention to the impact of their actions on increasing inflation and prices, put two groups of society against each other.
