It means that it has been determined which of the houses are empty, which means that we have to collect last year’s tax in 1401, so the report of the Court of Accounts is completely correct, because we did not intend to collect tax on empty houses last year, but this year we are seeking to collect We are paying the taxes for these houses, so far we have collected some amounts, although we are far from the expected taxes and we are completing the work.
He continued: One of the problems we are facing now is that even the information that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development provided to us in July was objected and protested by people who were known as the owners of empty houses. .

Dawood Manzoor said: We cannot pressurize people to receive taxes that they do not owe until we make the information accurate and complete. Regarding the amount of tax collected from expensive houses in 1400, Manzoor explained: Last year, we did not have a suitable database, but this year, fortunately, with the cooperation of municipalities, the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, and the Property Registration Organization, we were able to receive very valuable and up-to-date information. We are calculating the tax on expensive houses for the year 1401, and in the next one to two months, these taxes will be determined and the assessment sheet will be issued and will be made known to the people.
