Ismail Shafiei’s judging, lecture and workshop in Russia
Esmail Shafiei, teacher and theater director, travels to Russia to hold educational workshops, lectures and judges.
Charso Press: Shafiei, a faculty member of the Faculty of Cinema and Theater, is going to Russia to judge the festival and hold a training workshop at the invitation of the secretary of the 11th Yekateriburg International Puppet Show Festival.
He is going to hold his workshop titled “Animating a faceless doll” for the participants of this festival. In addition, his speech will be presented on the topic of “Doll’s jobs in the construction of idealistic environments”.
Yekateriburg International Puppet Show Festival of Russia is held biennially under the supervision of UNIMA (World Puppet Show Union) and its 11th edition will be held from September 8 to 12 (September 17 to 22).
According to Shafii’s announcement, works from different countries such as Italy, Spain, Mexico, Chile, Serbia, Russia, Turkey, etc. are going to participate in this period of the festival.
So far, Ismail Shafiei has judged in various festivals abroad and has given workshops and lectures in several festivals.
