He said: Last year, the process of collecting freeway tolls was long, and it was decided that the executive manual of how to collect freeway tolls should be compiled, so an instruction was issued by the Central Insurance Company that when issuing a third-party insurance policy, the account balance for the payment of freeway and highway tolls to demand from the applicants, on this basis, the deputy central insurance authority issued a circular to the insurance companies in this regard. The unique code of the insurance policy was issued in the Sanhab insurance system on the condition that the freeway and highway tolls were cleared.
Behzadpour said about other driving fines for insurance applicants: The debt of ordinary fines has nothing to do with insurance, only the debt of freeway and highway tolls is checked in issuing a third party insurance policy.
According to Fars report, according to Clause K, Note 11 of Budget Law 1402, the Central Insurance and Police Commands are required to make freeway and highway tolls when issuing third-party insurance policies and changing license plates subject to the settlement of freeway and highway tolls.
