According to these rules, the person registered in the National Housing Movement plan must be present until the last stages, and the sale by proxy is not acceptable for the government.
Despite the fact that the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has emphasized many times that the units of the National Housing Movement and the National Action Units cannot be sold, sometimes transactions are made in this field.
Recently, a responsible official of the Ministry of Roads and Shahrazi has said: until the last stage, the person registered in the National Housing Movement must be present, and sales by proxy are not acceptable for us.
If it is determined that the points have been sold, the points will be taken away from the applicant and there is a possibility of legal follow-up by the buyer and the seller.
Asadollahi, Director General of Roads and Urban Development of Fars Province, said in this regard: Buyers should pay attention to the fact that the Departments of Roads and Urban Development in the National Housing Movement project are only responsible for the applicant and if someone else comes with a power of attorney, they will not be responsible. In the end, buyers suffer.
According to public reports and regulatory authorities, a number of real estate consultants in some regions of the country are illegally buying and selling concessions of the National Housing Action Plans and the National Housing Movement, which is due to the ignorance of some purchasers of the concessions and finally the conflicts of the projects with legal cases. And the judiciary resulting from these violations and crimes causes people to suffer.
Although some real estate consultants conclude contracts for national housing units, this privilege is not considered a guarantee of ownership for buyers; Because both real estate offices and notary offices are prohibited from registering the contracts of these privileges.
