In an interview with Iran Economist, Kiyomarth Sarmedi said: Unfortunately, the problems that exist in the country are usually caused by the non-implementation of laws (especially laws that help in solving many important issues), regarding the payment of childbearing loans to individuals, unfortunately, usually We are facing a shortage of banks.
The representative of the people of Asadabad in the Islamic Council further stated: I say clearly, unfortunately, banks in the country have turned into trading companies, and instead of facilitating various matters of employment, childbearing, etc., they mainly run businesses. They are the main obstacle to many youth issues.
He further noted: The Islamic Council intervened on the issue of non-payment of child-rearing loans to people who do not have a termination of service card. Currently, there is no legal prohibition to pay loans to these people, and this problem must be solved with serious supervision. And child bearing loans should be paid to applicants without marginal obstacles.
Sarmadi also emphasized: According to the recent approval of the Islamic Council, the payment of child support should be done regardless of the current loan payment regulations, that is, requirements such as the end of service card should not be taken into account.
This representative further added: The regulatory bodies, especially the 90th Principle Commission of the Islamic Council and each representative, in terms of their legal powers, must seriously monitor the payment of childbearing loans and the performance of banks in this field, and this supervision will definitely be operational. .
In the end, the member of the social commission added: There are important measures and requirements and they must be addressed quickly, among these requirements is the issue of the country’s aging population, which has sounded the alarm. Officials, representatives and banks should look at the existing incentives to the laws and facilities related to the growth and youth of the population as a task and duty and pave the way to achieve these facilities and not make this path difficult and difficult by making excuses and creating obstacles. .
