It is mandatory to register code interception in housing contracts

Obtaining tracking codes for transactions is free and without any cost, and only consultants have the right to receive the commission fee (fee for setting up the contract) related to the transaction.
Aqabai emphasized: Regarding receiving the tracking code, if an amount is received from the parties of the transaction, it is a violation and against the regulations. Even if the parties to the transaction do not want the registration code to be obtained and recorded in the contract, real estate consultants are still obliged to obtain and issue the registration code.
According to him, a real estate consultant’s office is not like a bakery that orders bread without sesame or with sesame. As a result, we do not have a contract with code tracking or without code tracking. Any type of contract that is drawn up in the offices of a real estate consultant must be registered for it, and if they are not registered, it is considered a trade violation.
The first vice president of Tehran Real Estate Consultants Union emphasized: Real estate consultants with business licenses will be dealt with if they do not issue a registration code based on Article 28 of the trade union system. After that, their offices will be sealed and if the violation continues, the license will be revoked.
Hossam Aqabai emphasized: When people go to the real estate offices, they ask the consultants to prepare any type of purchase, sale, lease, mortgage, peace, gift contract without paying additional fees.
