It will be possible to visit the Central Bank’s national jewelry treasure/ The existing crowns of the Pahlavi family are not significant in comparison with what they looted.

According to the report of Arya Heritage, Engineer Seyed Ezzatullah Zarghami, Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, visited the Central Bank’s national jewelry treasure today – Tuesday, 4th of Bahman.
According to this report, Engineer Zarghami said on the sidelines of this meeting: The collection that can be seen here is a very valuable compilation of our national art. Regardless of the behavior of the kings who ordered some of these valuable works for their personal use and royal lifestyle, this collection is a valuable treasure of all Iranian beauty and arts.
Engineer Zarghami added: I requested the officials of this complex to provide the ground for public visit again. People should come here and see the beauty and art of these works and get acquainted with this lifestyle that was canceled with the Islamic revolution.
He continued: I believe that the famous crowns such as the Pahlavi crown, the Kiani crown and the collection of other small crowns that are here and belong to the Qajar and Pahlavi royal families are not significant in comparison with those that were taken out of the country and looted. Unfortunately, they wasted the national capital and many of them did not shy away from enlightening about this issue.
He added: I remember the days before the revolution, the committed employees of the Central Bank published a list that included the withdrawal of hundreds of millions of money. These funds were withdrawn individually due to the fear of the Islamic revolution. That list of Pahlavi’s properties proved that the regime was going to go, and many believe that it was among the lists that broke Pahlavi’s back.
He continued: If you consider those sums and many royal and personal jewels, they looted so much money and capital from the country that it cannot be compared with these two crowns, although they are valuable.
Engineer Zarghami said: These crowns are in the treasury and they are carefully maintained, and I requested the relevant authorities to make it possible for the public to visit again with appropriate explanations by knowledgeable narrators, according to the needs of the young generation.
