Jordan: The formation of anti-Iranian NATO is out of the question

According to IRNA’s report today (Sunday), Jordanian Foreign Minister Ayman al-Safadi denied the formation of an Arab alliance with the Zionist regime in response to a question to confront Iran.
Al-Safadi, who was talking to the Lebanese “Al-Nahar” newspaper, added: “What is said about the Arab coalition and Tel Aviv’s participation in this coalition to confront Iran has not reached the ears of Jordan.”
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Jordan stated: “The issue of forming an Arab NATO coalition against Iran will not be included in the agenda of the summit where the heads of 9 Arab countries and US President Joe Biden will meet in the city of Jeddah.”
He emphasized that “Jordan supports any proposal for Arab cooperation in various fields, including defense, fighting terrorism, economic and social security, and any other issue.”
The foreign minister of Jordan has denied the claim of forming an anti-Iranian NATO while a few days ago, King Abdullah II of Jordan said that he supports the formation of a military alliance similar to NATO in the Middle East.
The debate regarding the confirmation or denial of the formation of the Arab NATO in Kharomianeh has been on the rise for several days in the Arabic and Hebrew media, at the same time as Joe Biden’s regional trip to occupied Palestine, the West Bank and Saudi Arabia.
At the same time, the Zionist media have recently quoted American sources, referring to Joe Biden’s regional trip to the region, claiming that this trip has nothing to do with “the formation of NATO in the Middle East”, but “only with a series of measures and understandings within the framework of the United States Central Command in It concerns the Middle East”.
Zionist sources stated that “this issue is related to the preparations, measures and understandings within the framework of the responsibility of the American Central Command (Centcom terrorists) in the Middle East, because Israel has joined the American Central Command in Kharomianeh years after being a member of the American Command in Europe. ».
In this regard, the American newspaper Wall Street Journal reported that the United States held a secret meeting with senior military officials of Israel (Zionist regime) and military commanders of Arab countries in the city of Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt last March.
According to the Wall Street Journal, in the Sharm el-Sheikh meeting, Aviv Kokhawi, Chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the Israeli Army, Major General Fayyad bin Hamed al-Waili, Chief of the General Staff of the Saudi Armed Forces, Lt. Gen. Salem bin Hamad al-Nabit, Commander of the Qatari Armed Forces, and senior commanders. Jordan, Egypt, Bahrain and the United Emirates came together.
The newspaper went on to claim: “Much of the infrastructure is in place for a potential regional air defense system.”
Earlier, the Hebrew media announced that “the nature of US President Joe Biden’s visit to the region, Saudi Arabia, is aimed at building trust, but in the end, it will pave the way for the normalization of relations between Israel and Saudi Arabia.”
A few days ago, the White House announced in a statement that Joe Biden will visit the Middle East on July 13-16 (July 22-25), specifically Israel, the West Bank, and Saudi Arabia. did
