10% of the dividends of 50 million shareholders have not been paid since 1998, and after 8 months, there is still no news about the dividends of 1999. Shareholders are waiting for the entry of the Article 90 Commission into this issue in the near future.

It is not true that 10% of justice dividends remain and have not been transferred to the people’s accounts. In fact, the remaining amount is much less than 10% and about 94% of the profit has been paid to the people in cash. Also, the rest of the profit is that about 4% of it has been added to the number of people’s shares due to the increase in the capital of Sirjan Gol Gohar Company and the number of people’s shares has increased and about 2% is due to non-payment of interest by the Telecommunication Company. Therefore, in two stages, 50% of the profit was paid to the people in the first stage, and about 44% was paid to the people in the second stage. Four percent as an increase in the number of shares and about 2 percent is still unpaid.

The organization has taken action to obtain profit from the telecommunication company through legal authorities, because according to the law, the telecommunication company has been obliged to transfer the funds to the shareholders’ accounts, which the company has so far refused to deposit. If the telecommunications company also deposits the interest into the deposit account, the remaining two percent will be paid to the people.

In fact, the fact that 90% of justice dividends have been transferred to shareholders ‘accounts so far means that 90% of the dividends of companies whose shares are in the shareholders’ portfolio paid the desired amount to the deposit account, but the deposit He paid about 94% of people’s cash dividends.
