Kerman has become one of the national tourism hubs
Director General of Provincial Affairs of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts pointed out that Kerman is known as one of the main destinations of the country and said: This province has become one of the national tourism hubs. Nader Zinali, in a meeting with the director general and the deputies of the General Directorate of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kerman Province, added: Kerman, having many attractions and tourism capacities, is called on many national and international occasions to play its role in the field of tourism.
He stated: The advertisements made to introduce the capacities of Kerman province are not enough and we should act more strongly in this field with the cooperation of related institutions.
The Director General of Provincial Affairs of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts, while pointing to the round-the-clock activities of the members of the travel service staff as the New Year speakers, noted: Today, we are witnessing the result of these efforts and we see that travelers are leaving this province with full satisfaction.
Increasing the longevity of passengers in Kerman
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kerman province also pointed out that the stay of travelers in Nowruz 1402 has increased by 20% and said: Fortunately, the length of stay of travelers in Kerman has reached more than 2 nights.
Fereydoun Esgili pointed to the comprehensive monitoring, statistics and information system of tourism facilities (JANA) and added: According to the statistics of this system, Kerman province has been ranked fifth in the country in the number of visits to historical attractions and places.
He said: In Nowruz, 1402 thousand beds have been added to the accommodation capacity of this province, and we can easily provide services to travelers.
Director General of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Kerman Province, referring to the facilities of Note 18, which is assigned the first rank to Kerman Province, said: Karvanika Hotel and Hiva Hotel are examples of this plan, which today provide services to travelers with the best facilities.
He continued: Competition has been created among tourism facilities, especially accommodation centers, which undoubtedly leads to providing better services.
Stating that the lighting of Prince Mahan’s garden and the historic Bam citadel has helped attract more tourists, an activist noted: the project of organizing and empowering the environment has been prioritized by the province’s managers, which is worthy of thanks.
According to IRNA, Kerman province with its vast area, different climate and rich historical, cultural and history has unique capacities in the tourism sector, which has the highest number of world registered works in the country among the provinces with eight world registered works.
Bam citadel (the largest adobe structure in the world), Dastkand Maimand village, which is several thousand years old, the beautiful Shazdeh or Prince Mahan garden with the unique features of the garden and the architecture of its building, the Lut desert plain, which is the oldest door in the world from this desert in the Shahdad region. The three aqueducts “Goharreez” of Jopar in Kerman city, “Akbarabad” and “Qasim Abad” in Bam city, as well as the village of Daristan Sirjan and this city, as the origin of Sirjan’s Shirki carpet weaving, are among the works of the world register of Kerman province.
