Ketayoun Riahi and Panthea Bahram were fined 1.5 million tomans

Charso Press: It was two weeks ago that the Tehran Police Information Center announced the filing of a legal case against Ketayoun Riahi and Panthea Bahram.

Now, based on the reliable hearings of the “Cinema Etemad” reporter, the punishment for appearing in public without a religious hijab for these actors has been determined by a fine, which is exactly one million and five hundred thousand tomans.

Of course, the specified monetary punishment was only for uncovering the hijab of these actors, and their case is still open in other cases of accusation.

Yesterday, Mehdi Kohian, a lawyer and a member of Khana Cinema’s legal and judicial support committee, wrote in a tweet: From the filing of the case to the issuing of a definitive, non-appealable verdict, less than 10 days is considered a historical record. Ms. Panthea Bahram also joined the list of record holders of filing cases until the issuance of a final non-appealable verdict in less than 10 days.
