After the performance, he said in a short speech: We are going through difficult days and I am very sad these days. Wherever I go, Dariush Mehrjoui is with me, wherever I go, he comes with me. We always held hands and worked, now I don’t know what to do. During the last few months, I lost several of my closest friends, such as Ahmadreza Ahmadi, Ebrahim Golestan and Dariush Mehrjooi, and I am very, very sad for Dariush.

Kimiaei also considered “representation of the stories of enduring songs” as a nostalgic and reminiscent of past memories and praised the acting of the actors of this show and the performance of old songs by Salar Aghili.

After the successful performances in Saad Abad Palace and the unprecedented reception of the audience, the concert of “Stories of Lasting Songs” under the new title “Replay of Stories of Lasting Songs” will be staged sporadically in Vahdat Hall these nights.

This show, written and directed by Jalaluddin Dari and produced by Azita Mogoi, is about five enduring songs in the history of Iranian music, such as “Kiss Me”, “Taqtam Deh”, “Zandagi”, “Yar Dobastani”, “O Iran”, which has a story in each section. Each of these songs is performed and then Salar Aghili sings that song with the orchestra and professional musicians.
