The performance of the shows that were staged in the last year of the festival and many theater enthusiasts had seen them was one of the factors that hindered the passion and excitement of Fajr Theater because it was no longer new.

Now, why should Fajr Theater Festival be deprived of this position and feature and occupy its possible spaces by setting up a separate section for the performance of the seen works. Fajr Theater Festival should take a similar action to make this event as attractive as possible, to get out from under the shadow of the traditional method of reviewing the festival, which was launched years ago by the managers at that time, and end this wrong tradition and help to make the festival more lively. .

In fact, the review section of Fajr Theater Festival has not only been removed, but it has been upgraded compared to previous periods and its works are included in a competitive section.
Regarding the idea of ​​replacing the review section of Iranian theater in the 41st Fajr Theater Festival, Zarei said: Considering that the international section of the festival in the form of a competition had been removed for several years and will be revived again in this period, we decided to replace the works that are usually included in the review section. The festival has hosted them and has the opportunity to attend. In this way, the works that had a public performance one year before the festival, along with newly produced works, can compete with foreign works in the international competition section.

It should be noted that, in the call for the international section of the 41st Fajr Theater Festival, which was published in November, it was mentioned that “the secretariat of the Fajr International Theater Festival, in order to honor the theater groups that have performed in public from the beginning of March of last year until November of this year, It has provided conditions for the groups applying to participate in this section to send their works to the secretariat according to the schedule.
It was also emphasized that the international competition section will be competitively composed of Iranian and foreign groups.
