Kremlin: We will receive compensation from the West due to sabotage in Nord Stream


According to Fars International News Agency, Russian Presidential Spokesperson Dmitry Peskov announced today (Monday) the possibility of Moscow’s decision to seek compensation from Western countries due to the sabotage of the Nord Stream gas pipeline.

Peskov said during a press conference in the Kremlin: “The information obtained shows that the attack on the Nord Stream lines without the participation of the countries [غربی] And their private security services were not done.”

On the other hand, Dmitry Birshevsky, head of the economic cooperation department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, also said that there is a possibility of requesting compensation for Nord Stream, but the future of this project is not yet clear.
