According to Tejarat News, each new city has the highest number of applicants for the National Housing Movement among new cities. In this city, a total of 224,000 people registered for the National Housing Movement Plan, and 70,000 applicants were approved according to the five conditions, including the greenness of the “C” form. By the end of last year, the project was defined for 17,700 people in this city. The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development is faced with a lack of land to implement projects in this city.

The CEO of New Cities Development Company announced that 200,000 units of the National Housing Movement in New Cities have been defined as projects and are being implemented. However, there is a shortage of land for 30,000 new applicants, which includes the cities of Hashtgerd, Parand, Sadra, Baharestan, Sahand and Golbahar.

Alireza Jafari has promised that the land deficit in these cities, which are considered the main cities, will be provided by the end of this year.

In total, 20,000 hectares are needed in the area of ​​new cities for the implementation of the national housing movement plan in the new cities, which has already been designated and provided for as much as 15,000 hectares.

In the middle of last month, Jafari announced that the 1,500 units of the Parand Shahr National Housing Movement, which was started in the 13th government, have progressed by 85% and will be completed and handed over to the applicants during the week of the government.

During the calls made in the National Housing Movement Plan, 224,000 people registered in the new city of Parand, of which 70,000 people were recognized as eligible, which is more than the capacity of this city. The quota of Parand new city is 27,000 units from the National Housing Movement Plan, which has been allocated for 17,700 people so far. Parand has the most applicants in the national housing movement plan of the whole country.
