Land ٤ to ٣ in seven go! / Another habitat on the way to extinction

In recent years, despite the colorful slogans and the efforts of lovers and sympathizers, the environment, including forests, pastures and especially wetlands, are experiencing bitter times; A time when the occupiers, on the one hand, and its exploiters, on the other, are leading it to destruction every day more than yesterday, and from one side, the responsible agencies, are holding hands and watching.
Persia, which once housed several wetlands, has mourned the drying up and destruction of each of these important biological areas for more than a decade. It took time to get them.
Along with the violence of nature, human extravagance, digging numerous wells and expanding agricultural lands, construction and…. Irregular and unplanned exploits and lack of coherence in the thoughts of the responsible and decision-making bodies… Disturbed and Arjan and Bakhtegan and Tashk and Kaftar and…. Has led to destruction and non-existence, and occasional measures such as the release of small water rights have not been effective.
Today, the week is experiencing a serious crisis, with ecologically unique areas consisting of bromines that supply water and moisture, and vast areas of Zagros oak forests, and an eye-catching habitat for birds and wildlife and promising life. A habitat that attracted a large number of tourists from different parts of Persia in spring and autumn.
Haft Boram is now being severely threatened by the occupiers who have advanced to the edge of the burma and the edges of the forest, and the flood of people who preserve the ecosystems only in slogans and in practice bring the flood of garbage and damage to these areas with them, despite the shouts. , Has not filled the ears of officials and responsible agencies not to hear wax.
In such a situation, all the officials of the country are expected to reach out to the Environmental Protection Agency and help solve this super dilemma, which has become not only an environmental problem but also a social, economic and even security problem that endangers the health of the people. Is. But not only are there few signs of empathy, but strange decisions are made that are in conflict with the environment.
Aside from the grief of the drought, what has hit habitats such as Haft Boram today under the pretext of job creation and tourism boom is the expansion of the non-governmental sector, which, with its high level of perfectionism, has reduced construction in Haft Boram, development and water resources. And face a few bors with complete dryness.
For years, experts, environmental activists, and NGOs have boldly resisted the threats and temptations of some offenders, and with the cooperation of the judiciary, have resolutely resisted violations that endanger the lives of citizens, but unfortunately sometimes the responsible organizations themselves where They should not have given permission!
In an interview with ISNA, Sirous Zare, an environmental activist and activist, confirmed the above view. In recent years, it has been created in the week.
He added: “While the General Directorate of Natural Resources and Watershed Management should have protected its area and the General Department of Environment should have protected the area and the wetland, but today we are witnessing the destruction of natural cover in this area.”
The head of the non-governmental organization of Kamjan International Wetland Rehabilitation, who believes that despite the clear description of the duties of the agencies in charge, the construction has been somehow ignored, said: It is located in the water area and the road between Boram and Bagh has been created and it is undeniable that the occupation is not related to today, so the supervision in this area should not have been strengthened and construction should not have been allowed before this.
Zare pointed out: The private sector has invested in this region and it is necessary for the public sector to take the time to rule and make the government budget for demolition, and all these processes must be done while we have lost the national and natural arena and the institutional capital and Budgets have been damaged and the private sector has been harmed, and there is no guarantee that this situation will not happen again in the future, and at any moment it is likely that the delay of the next person and official will lead to the capture of others.
Emphasizing that a legal mechanism should be in place and the protection of participation, which is presented in the form of slogans, should become a systemic instruction and the environment should follow it seriously, he said: “Of course, the need for cultural and educational work for the natives.” This area and the use of the capacity of non-governmental organizations is also felt in this regard.
The environmental activist stressed that coercion does not always work, and that the issue of culture-building has a profound effect that has been a deterrent for years. Therefore, we must promote culture and biological knowledge and explain its value to external communities.
Zare also stressed that in the area of Boram, the promenade is located in the area of Daghab and the materials used are not native and the structure is designed in a way that stimulates everyone for destructive investment and destroys the motivation to occupy: the use of nature should It is associated with the indigenous knowledge of the slum dwellers, while they have destroyed the slope of the mountain so that the structure is facing me.
He continued: “Everyone wants to benefit economically from bromine, but this has led to a lack of value and ecological function and reduced waterways and bromine access to water. On the other hand, access to agriculture and orchards is provided and over time.” These orchards run out of groundwater by digging wells and drying the burrows, and if this process continues, we will not harvest them for a few more years and we will lose the wetlands.
The head of the non-governmental organization of Kamjan International Wetland Rehabilitation, stating that Haft Boram has now lost about 3 Boram of water and 4 Boram, mentioned the manipulation of the ecological structure as the reason for this important point: the natural bed has also been plowed and manipulated and the vegetation We do not have natural, and with all of the above, the burma dries up in the medium term, we lose the vegetation of the water resources and the burma, and we sacrifice the multi-thousand year old assets to short-term investment.
Zare said: “In the world, 30 to 40% of renewable resources are used, but in Iran, we use 80% of the resources, which is twice the global average, and by doing so, we make Iran uninhabitable.”
He also stated that it was necessary for the General Directorate of Environment to determine the boundaries and boundaries of the wetland and install signs so that if the boundaries for buying and selling and investing were motivated, it would be a bit of a deterrent. It is a lake and it has a legal decree, and accordingly, all the constructions in Haft Boram area that are located in the area must be demolished and the legal area and water resources must be restored.
In an interview with ISNA, Seyyed Ali Akbar Kazemini, secretary of the Farvardin Institute and environmental lecturer of the Mountaineering Federation, said: “Traffic, travel and unsustainable uses of vegetation in this area have destroyed an important part of the vegetation habitat.” And when part of the habitat is incomplete the conditions for habitat and bird life are not possible.
Kazemini stated that the reproduction and shelter of vegetation and food supply for birds in this area have been destroyed, adding: “Various factors are important for a habitat, but there is no food and vegetation for birds and conditions are not provided, and on the other hand the hills.” And the mountains are captured and the water of the lagoon is harvested with constructions.
