According to Tejarat News, the adviser to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development, referring to the launch of patrols to identify empty houses in Tehran and Fardis, said on Saturday: Unauthorized real estate companies are one of the factors of the unrealistic increase in housing.

Declaring that the first axis of this package is speeding up the discovery of empty houses based on the law, he continued: In this regard, joint patrols of the municipality and the tax affairs organization have been established to identify empty houses in different areas of the city where there are empty houses. will be.
He stated that the patrols to identify empty houses will start from today in Tehran and satellite cities, including Fardis, and added: Based on the data of various devices, a large number of empty houses have been identified, and we suggest that the owners in the metropolises, especially Tehran, be identified within the next 15 days. supply these units to the housing market.
The adviser to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: The Ministry of Roads and Urban Development has identified the big owners who have empty houses, including banks and other government institutions, from the systems it has and also the information it has obtained from the systems of other institutions. For some of them, the tax department has issued a diagnosis sheet and some of them have also been assigned duties.
Sadat added: The most important criterion of the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development for empty houses is filling information in the National Real Estate and Housing System.
He also announced plans to organize real estate companies and by stating that dealing with unauthorized real estate companies and investigating frequent violations in licensed real estate companies will be taken into consideration, he clarified: based on the plans made by the Chamber of Guilds and the Union of Real Estate Consultants They will intensify the identification of illegal real estate companies from today in new cities such as Pardis, and the number of these patrols will increase over time.
According to him, at first the two new cities of Pardis, Parand, and in the next step, the new city of Hashtgerd will be visited by patrols in terms of identifying empty houses, and in the big cities, first in Tehran and then in other big cities, the patrols to identify empty houses will be activated. In these patrols, the representatives of trade unions and tax affairs organization are present to investigate the violations and express their opinion.
The requirement to comply with the 25% ceiling on the rent rate increase
The adviser to the Minister of Roads and Urban Development said: compliance with the maximum price ceiling of 25% will last until the end of July. Last year, the authorities issued a notification regarding the compliance with the rent ceiling increase of up to 25%, and we expected real estate consultants to help comply with this as much as possible.
He emphasized: One of the common violations in real estate trading companies is charging fees, the amount of which is clear and determined, and real estate consultants are required to comply with the determined amount. We consider illegal real estate trading companies to be one of the reasons for the unrealistic and speculative increase in housing prices, and we are determined to help the rental market this year with the help of other institutions in identifying illegal companies and organizing licensed real estate consulting companies.
He also announced the organization of real estate transaction advertisement platforms and said: “With the cooperation of advertisement platforms, we are trying to formulate a mechanism to prevent the publication of fake ads by fake advertisers, the most important effect of this issue is providing genuine ads for people and transparency.” It is for applicants.
