Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov is scheduled to address a meeting in Tehran on Wednesday on developments in Afghanistan, Mehr news agency reported quoting Tass news agency.

According to the news agency, “Maxim Suslov”, the spokesman of the Russian embassy in Tehran, said that “Levan Jagarian”, the Moscow ambassador to Iran, will represent his country in this meeting.

The Russian Foreign Minister will give a video speech at the meeting of the Ministers of Afghanistan’s Neighboring Countries, which is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Wednesday, in Tehran.

Meanwhile, the meeting of Afghanistan’s neighbors’ foreign ministers will open tomorrow morning with a speech by Hojjatoleslam Ra’isi.
